Tennis-Prime’s Competitive Tennis Summer camp is designed for dedicated junior athletes who are driven to succeed and ready to take their performance to the next level. Tailored for players with a strong passion and exceptional talent, this exclusive high-performance tennis training program runs by invitation only.

Entry Requirements

To qualify for the program, players must:

  • Train year-round

  • Hold a verified National ranking or UTR

  • If the player is not part of the academy, they will require a mandatory test level.

Program Overview

  • Duration: 10 weeks

  • Start Date: Week of June 16th

  • End Date: August 29th

Participants follow a structured 15-hour weekly schedule focused on elite-level development in a competitive environment.

Focused, Professional Training

Our junior tennis camp fosters discipline, consistency, and excellence. Players undergo:

  • Morning Sessions: Conditioning, strength, and mental strategy

  • Afternoon Sessions: High-intensity tennis drills and match-play

  • Contingency Plans: In case of rain, sessions move to Fort Lee Racquet Club (indoor facility)
  • Logistics Support: Minibus pickup ensures seamless travel and training continuity

Elite Training Camp Details:
  • Target Group: 4-8 players per session, ages 10 and above, with a UTR of 4+ (UTR 2+) as determined by the coach.
  • Cancellation Policy: Sessions will be canceled unless there are enough players per group to run the camp.

Daily Schedule Format

  • 8-9 AM : Option for private sessions. ADD ON
  • 9-10 AM : Warm-up & strength, conditioning, agility, reaction, coordination training (on-court)
  • 10-12 PM : Tennis drills (live and dead ball)
  • 12-1 PM : Lunch & Free time
  • 1-3 PM : Tennis (focus on point play - specific and free point play)
  • 3-6 PM : Option for private sessions. ADD ON

Weekly Focus:

  • Monday: Consistency + Stamina
  • Tuesday: Movement + Defensive Skills
  • Wednesday: Directions + Attacking Skills (including volleys)
  • Thursday: Serving & Returning + Relevant Strategy
  • Friday: Point/Match Play & Strategy

UTR Matches:

  • UTR matches every two weeks in our locations
  • Parents: Must sign in the players thru the platform online, NOT THE COACH

Weatherproof

  • Alternate location: Fort Lee Racquet Club indoors
  • Morning: Conditioning/fitness/strength training, strategy/mental training
  • Afternoon: Indoor tennis (to discuss with FLRC)

For seamless practice sessions, our dedicated coach directly manages coordination and logistics. Additionally, in the event of rain delays or early starts, we provide a convenient minibus service for pickups, ensuring uninterrupted training for our players.
