Terms and Refund Policy

Welcome to Tennis Prime Academy (“Tennis Prime,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of tennis-prime.com, our booking platforms, communication channels, camps, clinics, lessons, seasonal programs, and related services.

By using our website, booking services, registering a participant, purchasing programs, or interacting with Tennis Prime, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. SERVICES

Tennis Prime provides tennis instruction, private lessons, camps, clinics, junior development programs, adult programs, events, online purchases, and related services.

Bookings may be processed through third-party platforms, including:

  • Shopify
  • PlayByPoint
  • payment processors
  • scheduling systems
  • communication systems

Third-party services may maintain separate terms and privacy policies.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By registering for services, you confirm:

  • You are at least 18 years old, OR
  • You are the parent or legal guardian of a participating minor

Parents/guardians are responsible for:

  • registration accuracy
  • payment obligations
  • attendance compliance
  • participant conduct
  • communication monitoring

3. REGISTRATION ACCURACY

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including:

  • participant name
  • child age
  • tennis level
  • contact details
  • payment information
  • emergency details where requested

Tennis Prime may refuse or cancel registrations containing false or incomplete information.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

All programs, lessons, clinics, camps, and related services require advance payment unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • credit/debit card
  • Shopify checkout
  • PlayByPoint payment processing
  • approved payment methods offered at checkout

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of registration or booking.

5. PRIVATE LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY

Indoor Private Lessons

Minimum cancellation notice:

48 hours

If proper notice is provided:

  • lesson value may be issued as club credit

If cancellation occurs within 48 hours:

  • lesson is forfeited
  • no refund
  • no credit

Outdoor Private Lessons

Minimum cancellation notice:

24 hours

If proper notice is provided:

  • lesson value may be issued as club credit

If cancellation occurs within 24 hours:

  • lesson is forfeited
  • no refund
  • no credit

Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows

Same-day cancellations or no-shows result in:

  • full lesson charge
  • no refund
  • no credit

6. CLINICS

Clinic registrations are final.

Policy:

  • no refunds
  • no credits
  • no make-ups
  • missed sessions are forfeited

7. FALL / WINTER SEASONAL PROGRAMS

Seasonal programs are commitment-based enrollments.

Typical season:

late September through May

Policies:

  • enrollment reserves participant space
  • no refunds once enrolled
  • missed sessions are forfeited
  • one make-up session total per season only
  • additional make-ups are not permitted

No exceptions unless Tennis Prime determines otherwise.

8. SUMMER CAMP POLICY

Summer camp registrations are subject to the following:

Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least:

14 days before scheduled camp start date

If approved:

refund may be issued less administrative / processing fees of up to:

20%

No Week Switching

Booked camp weeks may not be switched once reserved unless approved by Tennis Prime.

Late Cancellations

If cancellation occurs inside the 14-day window:

  • no refund
  • no credit

9. WEATHER POLICY

Outdoor programs may be affected by the weather.

Tennis Prime monitors weather conditions and makes operational decisions accordingly.

Weather communications may be sent through:

  • email
  • SMS / text
  • scheduling platforms

If Tennis Prime cancels an outdoor session due to weather:

  • club credit may be issued

Refunds are not guaranteed.

10. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

Tennis Prime maintains a respectful, safe, high-performance environment.

Participants and parents may not engage in:

  • abusive behavior
  • harassment
  • bullying
  • unsafe conduct
  • disruption of programs
  • disrespect toward staff, coaches, participants, or facility personnel

Tennis Prime reserves the right to remove or suspend participants immediately.

Refunds, if any, remain at Tennis Prime’s sole discretion.

11. PARENT RESPONSIBILITY

Parents/guardians are responsible for:

  • timely drop-off/pickup
  • reviewing communications
  • maintaining accurate contact details
  • informing Tennis Prime of relevant participant needs
  • ensuring respectful behavior

Failure to do so may impact participation.

12. COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By providing contact information, you consent to receiving communications from Tennis Prime, including:

  • scheduling updates
  • weather alerts
  • booking confirmations
  • operational notices
  • customer service communications
  • program announcements
  • promotional offers

Message frequency may vary.

Standard carrier messaging/data rates may apply.

You may opt out of promotional messaging where applicable.

13. MEDIA RELEASE

Tennis Prime may photograph or record participants during:

  • lessons
  • camps
  • clinics
  • events
  • tournaments
  • programs

Content may be used for:

  • website
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • advertisements
  • promotional materials
  • marketing campaigns

If you prefer not to allow media use, written notice must be provided.

14. SOCIAL MEDIA INTERACTIONS

Tennis Prime may interact with users through:

  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • other social platforms

Information voluntarily provided through social media communications may be used to respond to inquiries or provide services.

Public comments, mentions, tags, testimonials, or shared interactions may be reposted for promotional purposes unless removal is requested.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our services may rely on third-party systems.

Examples include:

  • Shopify
  • PlayByPoint
  • payment processors
  • analytics tools
  • SMS services
  • email platforms

Tennis Prime is not responsible for third-party outages, errors, delays, or policies.

16. WEBSITE USE

You agree not to:

  • misuse the website
  • interfere with functionality
  • upload malicious code
  • scrape content
  • impersonate others
  • submit false information
  • use automated bots without authorization
  • violate laws

Unauthorized use may result in blocked access.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • program materials
  • videos
  • photos
  • text
  • graphics
  • website content
  • coaching materials

No reproduction or commercial use without written consent.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Participation in sports and athletic activities carries inherent risks.

Tennis Prime makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, performance, availability, or uninterrupted services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tennis Prime is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or related damages arising from use of services or website access.

Specific participation risk protections may also be governed by separate waivers.

19. INSURANCE / FACILITY DISCLAIMER

Tennis Prime operates programs at partner facilities and third-party venues.

Facility-specific rules may also apply.

Tennis Prime is not responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable operational control.

20. PRIVACY POLICY

Use of Tennis Prime services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in New Jersey.

22. CHANGES TO TERMS

Tennis Prime may update these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on our website with revised effective dates.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
